Historic House Tour

Modjeska House  here in our area in a wooded area near the mountains. An artist colony and people with horses and goats, turkeys etc live there. Madame Modjeska lived here from 1888 to 1906, she was a Polish Opera Singer, famous in her days and performed Shakespeare in London. She called the house Arden, named after Forest Arden in the Sh. play "As you like it".
