Pittenweem Harbour

A day through in the east ….. lovely and sunny and not too cold.
After a visit to the hairdresser for a trim and tidy up we headed further along the coast to visit the lovely harbour in Pittenweem.

Now that we are heading towards the colder weather the male eider ducks are back in quite large numbers ….. they will never outnumber the bulls though.

From Pittenweem we went a little further on to Anstruther where we sat outside enjoying a hot drink and a portion of chips …. can’t remember when I last visited a ‘chippy’.

A good journey home apart from the sun which was head on for part of the route.
