not what i expected to post, but sitting here with james o'brien on in the background, listening to a discussion of the residual reluctance towards mask wearing, mad situations seeming to occur on an almost daily basis, the septic isle falling ever deeper into corruption... here, this is just the way it is regarding masks and public places, although we're now allowed to remove them on the hillside if we can ensure social distancing... i suppose that i struggle to see what the problem is, that you get used to it, that the only route forward seems to be set between these behaviours and vaccination... but there's that shadow realm of urban myth, the gullible awaiting the resurrection of jfk jr, clinging to delusions of microchips a nagging dismay at the irrationality and power of belief even when confronted by the blatantly obvious, facts having become of lesser value than opinion... and so it goes on.... the rabbit hole on the east coast...
