SUNSET AT GALASHIELS

A long day, Brioche knitting workshop this morning followed by shopping (yes shopping!) Such a rare event these days. I bought a pretty wristwatch from the cash left to me by Ma. A constant memory to her.
Then it was the dreaded "big shop". I ventured into the virtual unknown - the ASDA hyperstore!!! 75 minutes later I emerged and just as I was leaving the car park saw the beginnings of what was to be a spectacular sunset. (extra)  10 miles down the road, waiting at the Leaderfoot junction onto the A68 and WOW. I just had to take this photo - through the windscreen
To top it all off there's a fabulous aurora predicted. So, a quick bite it is and away to the top of the hill for 9pm
