Fare at the Fayre

at COP26 (yes, I’m heartily sick of that phrase too!) one choice of fare proffered to visiting denizens of the globe is a haggis, neeps and tatties collage, a bit like a rumbledethumps, if you’re familiar? It may look a bit odd but I can’t deny it was a cracking dish, and I hope it spreads the good culinary word further than these well-intentioned Yankee diplomats!
