Briggate

I am morally obliged to see at least one film at the Leeds International Film Festival since my first intro. back in 1990. That was a late night 11pm) screening of Blade Runner: Directors cut at the Hyde Park Picture House. This year’s choice is a morning showing (11am) of No Straight Lines at the Everyman Cinema in the Trinity Shopping Centre. Alison Bechdel’s graphic novels are a great read, in my opinion that is!

We took the bus to Vicar Lane then walked through the Victoria Arcade onto Briggate. Britain from the Air exhibition included Edinburgh Castle (see extra) Whitby and the North York moors.
