Running Again

This clock was purchased second hand in 1915 by my great-grandfather and inhabited my ancestors’ house (see map link) until around 1972 when my father replaced the broken mechanism by an electric work. In 2012 this was replaced by a classical mechanic work, and I somehow managed to use the original clock hands by installing a shaft extension (because of the thick dial face). My father no longer copes with the clock’s operation and gave it to me last week. Now I found a space in my room, enjoying the company of a dozen or so other clocks.
