… is the mother of invention and a feather duster taped to the end of a bamboo cane made it possible to clear the cobwebs from this skylight.

Day 2 of a thorough clean of our church premises. Day 1 had seen most jobs done but we worked steadily for about four hours then the man in charge called it a day. Phew…

Then into town to begin the hunt for a new bread maker. A smaller one hopefully, to take up less room on the work surface. No success today but we’ve begun the search.

I ran this morning! First time for ten days! Other things have taken priority lately.
