Paper Mache

Decided to create a fun afternoon with the grandkids on our deck making Paper Mache. Invited my sister in law Maree to bring her grandchildren Heidi 11 and Ava 9 to help us with the project. The girls decided to make a jewellery box and Ameer wanted to make a cricket bat. Today was the first day of our activities and we hope to meet again in couple weeks. Maree and I also made a paper mache while helping the kids.
The afternoon turned out a lot of fun and so much glue on the concrete. The kids left after half n hour to play on the trampoline, paddling pool and we were left to finish their work. The water balloons were the attraction of the day. We packed up and decided to set up the bbq for a more relaxing day for the adults.
