I think today may be my 2 year blip anniversary and it certainly took a while to get here!

In a previous life I would view the gaps in blips as a failure as it meant I hadn't been committed enough, but if the last 18 months has taught me anything it's not to beat myself up about stuff like that. Showing up as and when you can is enough.
