Notes: Some loud neighbor at the old 330a (new 230a) and was awake for a good hour and half, maybe more. Woke then 621a just before my alarm went off. Chilly and breezy and didn't feel like biking at all but has been way too many weeks missed. Many months since I've had to carry the bike down/up the stairs and leave from this area. Body stiff but got in 10 miles and tried to stay off main roads as much as poss (not super easy from here). In the theme of mailboxes, liked this one on Boca Ciega Dr north of 75th. Scrambled eggs with zucchini, heat on but feel always cold. Tried to nap early aft but couldn't. Had early football on but completely bored ... care so little about it anymore.
