Painting

Since it was a lovely morning, and A was off to (not) row at Portobello, I decided to get out on my bike. I left the old railway at Roslin Glen, and this photo is of the water- powered generator for the old gunpowder works. From there, a usual, I went further than I had planned, eventually teaching the Edinburgh ring road. I was Turfing, and had noticed Bluesparkle taking the old railway zones into Penicuik, meaning that I could take them beck by returning that way. As I did, I saw that Bluesparkle was coming back up the old railway, and it was nice to meet her. We didn't chat long, as my phone was on 10% and it was a race to get home before it died.

In the afternoon we finished the emulsion painting for the kitchen. Hurrah!
