Raising seawaters

There used to be a stretch of sand-beach here for some five meters wide,  what's now all taken by the sea.

30 years ago the beach was there at all tides, and 25 years ago it started to lessen little by little, but now it's all gone; the sand is gone that is and the waters truely did rise, coz the rocks a little further out in the waters look smaller as they are "sunk" more into the waters.

The almeriki trees grow pretty fast, and this one I'd seen being planted in 1982 like the others on the taverna grounds; owner Andreas handed the taverna to his two children and himself is giving a hand in the kitchen now... and today made a chat with me too.
