Rare sighting of Carys out of the house!

Will played hockey this morning in Chigwell of all places. Blueharts played Loughton, Bishop's Stortford and Hertford. Scores were 7-0, 1-0 and 0-1. Two wins out of three and very close to Hertford, closer than they have been before. They all played really well. Will is tired. He actually fell asleep in the car on the way home. It has been a while since he did that, particularly at lunchtime!

Once home I told C to shower and that I was taking her into town. She can't go that far on her crutches, but she needed to get out. She wasn't impressed, she is doing the teenage vampire impression at the moment. However a festive panini and a hot chocolate seemed to improve the mood until her phone refused to link to the WiFi!

Strictly results and an early bed all round.

Much to my relief, my tickets for the Wales v Aus game in a fortnight arrived on the app this evening. Along with the news that the block we are sat in have to enter the stadium 2.5hrs before kick off! Two and a half hours! How in god's name will I keep W entertained in the cold for that length of time!
