Feeding Frenzy

Today Mark & I headed out in the rain to Maritime Heritage Park to see the salmon spawn upstream in Whatcom Creek, but nature is not kind. The Harbor Seals are enjoying the smorgasbord of salmon. I saw at least five seals enjoying lunch. I only hope they get full enough so some poor salmons make it to lay their eggs.
