The Garden of England

Visiting family in Kent. I spotted this 'orchard' where there used to be a hop garden for years. The apple trees are grown in this modern style which increases yeild and minimises the work at harvest time. Not as pretty as the older orchards with sheep grazing between the trees....... but I always like to see some straight lines in a photo.
