Foot bridge

We left Valencia this morning to start our journey home and are slowly making our way by car to Caen on the French coast to catch the ferry to Portsmouth. We have broken our journey tonight and are staying in a motel just north of Barcelona. We stopped at a motorway station en route and crossed this footbridge (see blip) to get to the cafe on the other side of the road to grab a coffee. I quite liked the shadows cast by the bridge though we were struck by how low the parapet walls were. The bridge was also unusually open to the elements, something you wouldn't see in the UK.
