Grey Heron

Urban herons are much easier to photograph than rural ones. I was in Paisley on family matters and this bird is always on the White Cart river that runs through the town.
I was not surprised to see that the nearby town hall had been invaded by a monstrous cephalopod (extra). If I warned of this once, I warned a thousand times! But would they listen?
