Norland Moor

MONDAY

I dragged myself out for a 7 km run over Norland Moor this morning. Although I was too late to photograph the red sky, the light was good at 08:15 (see extra).

I tried to get an appointment with the G.P. today but the receptionist insisted that I should go to the pharmacy for advice on minor ailments. I'm not happy and have arranged a private on line GP consultation for tomorrow morning.
