The Engine Yard

We had a drive out to Belvoir Castle for a coffee at the shack and then a wander round the Engine Yard. The yard is a collection of Victorian buildings used by special tradesmen making furniture and doors when the castle was being built. The buildings were renovated a few years ago and is now home to some high end shops, deli, chocolate shop and eateries. We prefer the coffee shack at the castle gate, but the buildings are beautiful.
Ironing this afternoon. Daughter had an appointment at the hospital at 2 and at 3:30 she text to she was still waiting so we didn’t get our walk. I don’t understand when they say arrive at your appointment time to avoid being in the waiting room, and come alone, and then they keep you waiting for hours.
