GOOD Friday...

We spent Good Friday having a wonderful barbecue with the extended family. Cousins and kids - and a lot of food. I am not a huge meat lover but this hunk of meat was grilled to perfection and melted in your mouth. Still not sure if was goat or sheep or whatever they call the cross breed of both...but it was delicious! And we put nothing on it but a little salt...but oh, what fun. I am sure we all gained a kilo or two.

The heavens eventually opened up, the electricity went off and we spent the next two hours inside with candles talking politics and life while the kids started dozing off, one by one. Guys went home leaving behind good memories...and a few dishes
