Pont Llangedwyn

A bridge I have travelled over many, many times but never stopped to take a proper look. It is a grade 2 listed structure built by the Llangedwyn Estate in the 17th century. There are rounded niches in the wall on the downstream side of the river Tanat. It really is quite impressive. On the road side there are some equally impressive lime trees too. I wonder if they were planted at the same time?
