Bench with a view

Some residents on the development raised funds this summer and got enough money to buy a bench to overlook the meadow.  It was delivered yesterday and installed today.

The meadow is short at the moment but it will be interesting in the summer.  Hopefully people will enjoy it.

It was my neighbour who did most of the funds raising.  As a director, I stayed out of it (well except for purchasing the abundance of cakes made to raise funds).  Very pleased it all came together.  See extra for the view.  They have a little money left so will get a dogwood or something to go around it.

Busy day at work.  I am told I will be extended and I should hear soon...
