Encampment of Eternal Hope

Three Blip stories today.

The main one is an art exhibition which has been running throughout COP26.  An immersive sculptural setting which encourages us to contemplate how connecting with nature might help avert the climate catastrophe.  Anyway, I liked the title.

The second surprisingly is a Remembrance picture for today.  There has been a heavy coastguard presence thoughtout COP ensuring safety and security on the River Clyde next to the COP26 venues.   These guys were drifting in slowly a few seconds before 11am getting ready to stand for the two minutes silence.

The third one is a piece of art/graffiti I photographed a couple of weeks ago and was intending to return to Blip soon.  However it has been removed as part of the COP26 clean up exercise.  But what annoys me is that there is a refuse collectors strike on just now so during COP we have the sight of bins overflowing in the City - a massive mess.  But apparently we can live with that, but we musn't let the visitors see the graffiti in the picture.  (ps. just remembered I have a picture of some bins before it got really bad!! Added it as another Extra.)
