An unexpected anniversary

One year ago, to the day, I had a PICC line put in. And today, I had a PICC line put in... What an extraordinary coincidence.
I was very impressed with the nurse doing the procedure. She was very reassuring and it was almost a pleasant experience. The best bit was that she put it in my left arm - previously I was told I had to have it in my right arm, which was a bit awkward as I am right handed. Result.
