Benin Bronze

Two from the collection at the Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology. Explanation in the extra. There was a recent important gathering of Uk museums who display Benin Bronzes and Nigerian dignitaries. Plans are being finalised to send many bronzes back to Nigeria. They are very beautiful.

I went to find out more about the role of the gallery managers. As I suspected it's not for me. So I will make the offer to remain as an explainer if they are willing for me to do so. If they say no, it will be a sad goodbye.
