Autumnal Abstract

There was a great blipmeet with 6 blippers and partners meeting up at Batsford Arboretum near Moreton in Marsh.

It was a first visit for us but I don't think it will be our last.  It really is a beautiful place and was full of autumn colour.  I came upon this enormous plant of enormous leaves of enormous exciting colour quite early in our wanderings and I was intrigued by how the light varied when just making slight differences in position.  It was fun!  Spoilt for choice for a blip today.

On another issue, the psychiatric nurse phoned me whlle we were at Batsford to give me the outcome of her visit to Dad yesterday.  Basically, she found lots of evidence of confusion related to Alzheimers and Vascular Dementia, but also possibly other conditions he has at the moment.  So she is going to put in a report indicating that Dad needs the support which could be provided by a care home.  So we have to wait for that situation to progress and take it from there.
