Agapanthus busting out all over

It's purple time around here. We have the spectacular jacaranda trees in flower for not much longer, beautiful Canterbury bells, the flowers of the radish and borage plants, and agapanthus. When I was young it meant final exams. Now it means Christmas is coming.
