A very fed up queen!

The queen from the Lewis chess set my dad made many years ago. It's a fantastic set and the queen always amuses me, she really doesn't look happy!
He made and painted lots of plaster cast models over the years. He made me a Staunton chess set  - it's my favourite because it's in Alice Through the Looking Glass.

My dad also made the chessboard/coffee table :-)
