Remembrance tribute

I saw a post recently on social media, from the town just up the road from us - St Neots - saying a local man had spent 3 years researching local history, had made and put up plaques as tributes to those that lost their lives.
On my way to pick up some work stuff from our supplier in Biggleswade (the next town to us going in the opposite direction) I saw some of them, and when it was convenient to stop, I jumped out the car and took a picture of one.
I wonder if it’s the same chap that has been doing them? I shall try and find out.
Anyway, I thinks it’s a lovely way for us to remember them.
