Poppies - of various colours

A blip dog has been wearing a purple poppy. I haven't seen any other one but apparently the purple commemorates animals who have died in war. The white poppy represents remembrance for all victims of all wars - armed forces and civilians alike. There are also black and rainbow poppies.
