New beginnings (again)

What a beautiful day after yesterday's rain.
Began with a frisbee, river, wilderness dog walk. Then onto the first Temple Coffee Morning in nearly 2 years - the bacon rolls still hit the spot and was so happy to get the last slice of LMQ's lemon poppyseed cake. My mum and daughter both also in attendance. 
Ms H and her pal had been trying get to get a flat up the toon since May -  applied for countless and only got to view maybe 4, numerous virtual viewings cancelled and lots of non-responses - so it's all been a bit of a pain but at last, the flat was finalised (she hadn't actually been able to make the viewing, but trusted her flatmate) . So yesterday they got the keys, and today she came back home to get more stuff. This flat is much more 'furnished' than her previous one, so that made it a bit easier to move stuff today. Also, despite some qualms about being on the ground floor, handy patio doors does make humpfing all the bags so much easier than having to carry them up 2 floors like last time.
