Viking Funeral

Lots of fun was had at Tutbury Castle.

The Vikings were out in full force and re-enacted many battles for us. George was so excited, it was funny to watch him.

The Vikings made a ceremonial procession to the top of the hill, where they set alight a funeral pyre and the evening ended with the most spectacular display of fireworks.

I just wish they’d make them noiseless as I worry for the animals.
