Remembering

I met with a small group of poets today to go on a Remembrance Day poetry walk.
We started at our local cemetery which has a number of war graves and a larger memorial, and made our way across to Craiglockhart ponds and woods.  This is close to the war hospital where Wilfred Owen and Siegfried Sassoon met and wrote.  People read poems of their own or published poems-at designated stops, and it worked very well.  You can see us walking along in the extra.
After that I visited the boat house and did some shopping, washing etc.
It's got dark very early tonight.
