Briony Badger.

I completely forgot to take any photos today.  So, you've got Briony the Badger.

Mia decided today that she wanted to make cards for everybody, including her dog.

I have a lot of blank cards (I went through a stage of making my own cards).  So, we sorted a few out, and off she went.

She did all the drawings first.  Usually a fat body and head, with little stick arms.

Then she decided that she wanted to write everybody's name.  Well, it took a while.  But by the time she got to the last one, Grandpa, she was writing the letters really well.

I wonder if she'll remember how to do it tomorrow!

Took her to the shops to get her some shorts, ready for Kindy next year.  I know it's a bit ahead of time.  But there is a lot of variety in the shops at the moment, and they'll sell out really quick.

She chose 3 she liked, and off we went to the change room.  She liked 2 and one was too big.  So we went back to look at some more.

Found 2 more she liked, so back to the change room.  1 she liked the other was again too big.

So we ended up with 3, she was very happy with.

After school Isabella taught us a new game called Crossing the Ocean.

It entails children running around and you have to hit them with a soft ball.

It probably works well with a lot of kids (as you can't miss somebody).  But I didn't do too badly, getting both girls several times.

It kept them entertained for over half an hour.
