Almond firewood at the hardware store. 

Brief sunrise cloud, then more cloud for most of the day. Only 17C out, had heating on in the house in the evening. Afternoon walk. There's progress on the big building sites on First Street, and signage up indicating requests for permits to build two more 5 story buildings.
