Autumnal Southend

A welcome return of the sunshine today which made for a nice trip to Southend as we had a few things to get at the shops, which were all looking very festive already!  At least the churchyard by the car park was still showing off its' autumn colours

Lots of detours on our way to Southend though, they seem to be digging up every road in so many areas!  Seems to be no shortage of traffic cones, or temporary traffic lights!!
