Happy Easter!

I hope you are all having more relaxed than than our dog Tilly (the one running away). Actually, she enjoyed the visit to the dog park and so did we. Today was a typical Easter day, just like in Europe it rained, the sun shined, we had all seasons of the year in one. Maybe without winter.

I was planning to post some beautifully coloured eggs on an egg shaped plate, decorated with fresh Thai basil, but the dogs were more entertaining. And tomorrow the eggs will be nearly gone. There is nothing better than a decorated hard boiled egg with a bit of salt.
