Birthday Bagger

I made this cake for our friends 2 year old son’s birthday. He is absolutely mad about Baggers (diggers) and other construction equipment and farm machinery but diggers are his favourite.
We had lunch there and the cake with coffee after. The digger was a great hit but the cake was pretty much ignored once he lifted the digger off it. The adults enjoyed it, however.
