Weeding

My neighbour doing a spot of weeding.

The results came through from the nerve conduction test and I have carpal tunnel in both wrists, the GP is referring me to NHS physio for wrist splints as they have to try this first before they can consider surgery. 

Still no word about my back.

My neighbour came over for a chat and a cuppa this afternoon and I introduced her to Zentangle.
