The chattering grasses

They're back! 

Earth tongues (Geoglossum sp.) have popped up in the lawn again. I'm delighted to know that the mycelium is alive and well in the ground and that the thick layer of mossy turf traps and retains the moisture they require.

You can trawl through pages and pages of  internet  ads and advice about getting rid of moss in your lawn. Or you can enjoy the benefits.
