Sunsetting in the Eye of the Bird

Again on the sand of the Mother Ganga (the Ganges River) this beautiful bird was very busy but, even though I have googled "Indian water birds and yellow legs," I have not identified her-him. Both of us were glad to be by the shore where there was some peace and quiet this evening. These qualities are sadly lacking in the external world here these days!
