I had a gentle wander along the stream this morning enjoying the last spots of bright colour as winter is creeping in. I found a friend. His owner was encouraging him to have a good soak in the stream to help get rid of the fox poo. 
It's a long time since we have owned a dog but I still have a really soft spot for springer spaniels. I'm of the firm opinion that dogs and small yachts do not go together.
