Now, as I see it......

Switched on

This morning we went to the Craft Fair at Sandringham.  We’d thought it might have some decent things for sale but it was just the usual unadulterated Tat that you tend to get at these things.  Very few stalls that might have actually have been called ‘crafts’ and lots of mass produced rubbish and the sort of people who demonstrate how easy it is to slice and chop vegetables if you buy their product.  We headed home via Brancaster Staithe where we had lunch in a local pub and took the picture I’ve added as an extra.

A better time this evening.  It was the Holt Christmas Lights switch on, and the town was packed with people.  I couldn’t get close enough to get a picture of the Pantomime Horse Race down the High Street but this is a shot of the band who were performing after the lights had been switched on to the accompaniment of a rather good firework display.  I know things aren’t back to normal yet, but it was good to see a bit of normality and celebration taking place.
