Apple crumble

Special treat.
Core and thickly slice 7500g apples.Cook in a little water with 50g sultanas for 5 mins.
Meanwhile, combine 75g oats. 75g wholemeal flour, 50g ground nuts, 1 tbsp cinamon,75g diced butter, 25g brown sugar - rub with fingers until like breadcrumbs.
Put apples in dish. , top with oat mixture and cook in 190c oven for 25 mins.
Eat.
