Forest bathing

A busy day today. I went for an enjoyable walk in our local forest in the morning. Once again, the autumn colours were a real joy. This was followed by a celebration of a belated birthday (thebear) and get-together with thebear, thechimp and Mary. Finally, the evening was taken up with some excellent games of international rugby.
