Morning mist

Woke up on a crisp sunny morning and decided to take a walk before setting off for France. The air has been absolutely still over the last few days so the leaves managed to cling on.
Shortly after this photo was taken the mist started rolling in for the valley so the curtains closed and it was time to go!

After much resistance at the start my dad has warmed to the idea of the 24-hr carer who moved into his house. It’s a huge relief and the lady from Lithuania has passed the test by cooking exactly as he likes it.
