Me and my coffee cup

Hurrah a sunny day , made a good start with a yoga brain workout and a walk up to Wainwright’s stone .
The great Christmas wrap has begun , the seasonal paraphernalia has been pulled out of the loft and now we are on our way to check in on Ruby .
We spent time with our sons in-laws yesterday and swapped some book titles that we have been inspired by .
All , interestingly , linked to the environment.
