Totem Latamat

In the morning I joined a wonderful yoga and Ayurvedic workshop on the menopause led by my pal Moira Forsyth. Moira has trained in the UK and India , and I have enjoyed her yoga classes and workshops for many years.
In the afternoon A and I went to the Crichton for a walk and to see the Totem Latamat.
Sadly I did not see the Totem Latamat before it was laid down to decompose in the Crichton grounds.
