Gainsborough, Constable, Thompson...Thompson??

We called into Bristol Museum and Art Gallery to catch up on it's additions since our last visit. 

In the location previously exhibiting a now famous Banksy , House of Commons,  we saw and appreciated this picture by J S Thompson (?) depicting Black Lives Matter.
